To begin working as an agent, you'll first need to submit an application to start the onboarding process. Once your application has been received, you'll receive instructions on how to create your agent profile. After your profile is set up, you'll be able to complete the required assessment to move forward in the process.

Once you've selected a client that best fits your schedule and lifestyle, you'll move on to the certification class, where you'll become certified as a Customer Service Professional (CSP). Certification typically lasts between two and five weeks, depending on the client.
